ZEIT Magazin commissioned me to illustrate the cover and main feature, How Are You?, in the style of the how-are-you drawings I’ve been posting on a dedicated Instagram account since 2020. The cover is essentially a collection of highlights from the feed, while inside the magazine, I illustrated conversations the author had with friends and family.
I’m particularly happy with how the cover turned out. I’m glad the magazine was willing to take the “risk” of going in a slightly unusual direction with it.
